Most Italian wineries don’t have regular open hours for their tasting rooms. Instead of going to a winery and taste their wine you can make arrangements for a wine tour, with you as an organizer. If you love wine especially Italian wine, this is the day that you would want to go to Italy. ‘Cantine Aperte’ or ‘Open Cellars’ day is held once a year when wineries throughout Italy open their doors and welcomes visitors to see how their wines are made, sample their product and even taste their local produce like cheese and olive oils.
