Emirates will commence daily flights from Dubai to Cebu and Clark on a circular service starting March 30, 2016.

The new route’s Cebu stop will address demand from Filipinos whose ultimate destination are within the Visayas and Mindanao regions.

It also helps travelers in the Philippines to conveniently connect to 39 cities in Europe, 16 in the Middle East and extensive network in Africa and Americas, including Panama — from the Feb. 1 — whose Panama-Dubai route will be the world’s longest non-stop commercial flight.

The Dubai-Cebu-Clark route will utilize Boeing 777-300ER aircraft configured in two classes: 42 seats in Business Class and 386 seats in Economy Class. It also has 14-ton cargo capacity.

Emirates flight EK338 will fly from Dubai at 2:55am and will arrive in Cebu at 3:50pm. The service will then depart Cebu at 5:25pm and arrive in Clark an hour and 20 minutes later. The return flight will depart Clark at 8:20pm and arrive in Dubai at 1:25am.
